S3 provides SRA compliance solutions to solicitors and ABS’s in England and Wales. Central to S3’s philosophy is that “good compliance is good business”. S3’S methodology is to enable its clients to think beyond merely prevention of regulatory enforcement and move towards adopting compliant practices which also optimise business performance.

S3’s software (to be launched after the SRA’s new Code is finalised post April 2011) provides its clients with a compliance plan and a programme against which clients can both self-assess their performance against the SRA’s new Code and OFR as well as have on-line evaluation by S3. This programme is based on the 5 sections of the SRA’s proposed new Code and provides a heat map giving an overall view of compliance as well against audits of specific case files. This software service is of specific relevance to COLP’s and COFA’s and is backed up by an online and telephone support service. S3’s fee structure comprises a one off set up fee followed by an annual support fee.

S3’s experience comprises people who have been solicitors as well as who have FSA compliance and audit experience.
